What we do

GeoFlat is an AI platform for real estate. You say what you want to buy, rent or sell, and the assistant understands the intent, asks a couple of clarifying questions, and does the rest: finds matches, prices them in market context, and helps publish a listing in a minute.

Why we are different

We removed what is annoying about classic classifieds: long forms, dozens of filters and opaque prices. Instead — a conversation in any language, an honest read of how good a price is versus nearby listings, a map with districts and distances to what matters.

Where we operate

We launch country by country. Georgia (Batumi) and Serbia are live now; more markets are coming. Each country gets its own storefront tuned to the local market, language and currency.
